These terms explain how restaurants and users may use MenuLoq on the web, staff mobile app, and related services. Plan, checkout, or invoice details may add specific billing terms.

Welcome and acceptance

By creating an account or using MenuLoq, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related service policies. If you are accepting on behalf of a restaurant or company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

What MenuLoq provides

MenuLoq helps restaurants run daily operations in one place — including menus, POS orders, QR and website ordering, billing, kitchen tickets and kitchen display, customer order display, thermal printing, shift and cash tools, customers, staff permissions, payments, and reports. Some modules can be turned on from business settings when you are ready.

Your account and team access

You are responsible for keeping login details secure, choosing the right staff permissions, and maintaining accurate business information. Activity under your workspace — including use of the staff mobile app and linked devices — remains your responsibility.

Free trial, plans, and billing

We offer a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate MenuLoq before paying. No payment card is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.

After the trial, you can choose a paid plan if you wish to continue using paid features. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in your plan or invoice.

Plan fees, billing cycles, features, upgrades, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown on your selected plan, checkout page, or invoice.

Your menu and customer-facing content

You control your menu names, prices, photos, availability, taxes, charges, offers, and other content shown on QR menus, websites, receipts, or displays. Please keep that information accurate for your guests.

Orders and customer payments

Your restaurant remains responsible for fulfilling orders and resolving guest disputes. If you enable online payments, you manage your own payment-gateway accounts. MenuLoq membership billing and online order payments are processed by third-party providers.

Kitchen, printing, and operational tools

When you enable kitchen display, customer order display, thermal printing, or shift tools, you decide how those tools are used in your restaurant — including who can access devices and what information is printed or shown to guests.

Service availability

We aim to keep MenuLoq reliable. Like any cloud service, availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting, internet connectivity, third-party providers, local printers or devices, or events outside reasonable control.

Fair use

Please use MenuLoq lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with security or performance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MenuLoq is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service interruptions, payment-provider issues, or problems with customer-owned devices and printers.

Suspension, cancellation, and account deletion

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse, policy violations, legal requirements, or security concerns. If you request account deletion, some financial or legal records may be retained or anonymized where required.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our services, legal requirements, or business policies change. If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide reasonable notice through MenuLoq, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
